Are the albums and merchandise official?
Yes, all products sold on our store are 100% official merchandise and albums sourced directly from HYBE and authorized distributors. All album sales count towards the Hanteo and Gaon charts.
How long does international shipping take?
International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. Please note that pre-order items will ship according to the release date specified on the product page.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
What is your return policy for opened albums?
Due to the collectible nature of the items, we cannot accept returns for albums if the plastic seal has been broken. If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days with an unboxing video for a replacement.
What payment methods do you accept?

How do pre-orders work?
Pre-ordering allows you to reserve new releases before they launch. Payment is collected at the time of purchase, and your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item becomes available.
