Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all collectible inclusions, posters, and photocards are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
